Cannot get pro to work

I purchased pro and tried to add my key, 45e27382e0e298cbf154d68d61ab73416e73d3c9

And I get an error in my WordPress that says “Unknown error occurred, Please try again.”

I selected “annual: starter” since that is what I paid for.  Any ideas?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I checked from our-end their is no issues on our end. Please select the package when you tried to activate it. And try it to active again.
